Want to withdraw your consent after submitting?

If you haven’t submitted your responses in the registry portal, you can withdraw via the dashboard.

If you have already submitted, please fill out the withdrawal form with your details and we will process your request within 5 working days. You will be sent a confirmation email once this has been completed.

Please note: This cannot be reversed if you decide to rejoin at a later date.
